The picture you choose will definitely affect the result! Here are some tips:
•High resolution images, JPEG file format is better.
•Don’t use the Blur, Low resolution , Complex Background , Uneven Light Shade ,face not clear
•The picture need to show the full outline of the person. This Point is Very Important to Print.
•Head shot and bust shoot is preferable for customization. If you upload a full-length picture, we may crop it to half-length to ensure the best result.
•The default customization setting is TEXT is on the OPPOSITE SIDE of the picture
How long to get your moon lamp?
Handling time is 5 days and default standard shipping takes 5-10 days, total 15-17 days needed.

After our experts have made sure the designs are perfect they begin the process of printing them on our cutting edge, state of the art 3D printers. Each and every lamp takes around 26 hours to 3D print, and the process is carried out on one single piece.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
How To Use:
1. Touch the metal ring at the bottom of the moon lamp to turn on / off the light and change color from white to yellow.
2. Long press the metal ring to adjust the brightness, and it has the brightness memory function.
3. If your hand is too dry or the temperature is too low, the light may not respond.
4. The white light will not shine when power is low.
5. Insert the DC connector into the metal ring at the bottom of the moon lamp to charge, the red light is always on during the charging.
6. The red light will automatically turn off when fully charged.
